DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

If the order was confirmed by operator, the goods could be picked up at our shop, which address is:
          Riga, Maskavas str. 443, off. 101 (Maskavas and Krustpils str. crossing).
          There is a possibility to make a payment using a bank card.
          Working days: 10.00-18.00
          Saturday: closed
          Sunday: closed

Delivery is available every day except weekends and holidays, and typically occurs between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The orders are delivered:

In Riga city limits – in 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed by operator. Delivery is carried out by courier. The cost of delivery is 6.00 EUR till the doors of the house, mentioned in the delivery address of your order.
If you choose payment method in the form of a bank transfer into our account, we will ship your purchase to the required address in 2-3 business days after receiving the money.
Please do not transfer money until our manager confirms the order! The order is accepted after confirmation by manager. You should receive a second message “Confirmed. Waiting for payment” and Invoice. Completing bank transfer please don’t forget to write the order number and date.

Within Latvian territory – in 2-3 business days after receiving the money. Delivery is carried out by courier DPD Latvija or Latvijas Pasts. When we receive your order, our manager will contact you to clarify time, place and delivery cost. The exact delivery price depends on the weight/size of the cargo and delivery address.

Product delivery is carried out till door of the house, mentioned in delivery address of your order. The goods are not delivered to the places, where transport parking is not allowed. In these cases please advise the nearest place, where parking is available.

Once you have received the package, first check its contents and sign the courier’s receipt sheet. If for any reason you find any of the contents of this package damaged or missing, please sign the courier's receipt sheet with the words “Goods Delivered Damaged”, with a brief description of the damage, and return to us. We do not accept any claims after 3 days of order arrival.

It’s important!  If a recipient is a juridical person, the individual, who receives the goods, should have a power of attorney.

Delivery time may vary according to stock availability, product characteristics, customs and any other factor caused by a 3rd party.

Installation and adjustment costs are not included into the payment. Our technicians can do installation and adjustment at separate cost.
